- Prepare dough mix as directed on Vic’s Low Carb Mix package.
- Roll out dough to quarter inch thickness.
- Cut out 5-6 pieces with circular mold.
- Pre-bake for 10 minutes at 350.
- Mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil with 2 tablespoons Zaatar.
- Brush on dough and liberally sprinkle Zaatar on top.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden.
