- Prepare half batch dough mix as directed on Vic’s Mix package.
- Roll out dough to a 12 inch square.
- Brush a quarter cup of tomato sauce on the entire surface of dough.
- Add desired amount of pepperoni & other toppings.
- Cover toppings with mozzarella.
- Roll up the dough tightly & pinch the seam to seal.
- Use a very sharp knife to cut the dough into 1 inch slices & place the pin wheels cut-side-down on baking tray with parchment sheet.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
