Half a bag yields 4 bagels
- Prepare dough as instructed on Vic’s Low Carb Mix packaging.
- Divide into 4 equal pieces.
- Form a ball.
- Make a hole with index finger in centre of the dough ball and place in greased bagel mold.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Feel free to use your favourite seasoning. We love to use everything bagel seasoning.
