Half a bag yields 4 bagels

  1. Prepare dough as instructed on Vic’s Low Carb Mix packaging.
  2. Divide into 4 equal pieces.
  3. Form a ball.
  4. Make a hole with index finger in centre of the dough ball and place in greased bagel mold.
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.  
  6. Feel free to use your favourite seasoning. We love to use everything bagel seasoning.
