1. Prepare dough mix as directed on Vic’s Low Carb Mix package.
  2. Roll out dough to quarter inch thickness.
  3. Cut out 5-6 pieces with circular mold. 
  4. Pre-bake for 10 minutes at 350.
  5. Mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil with 2 tablespoons Zaatar. 
  6. Brush on dough and liberally sprinkle Zaatar on top. 
  7. Bake 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden.
