Half a pack will yield 5-6 pigs in a blanket
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Line baking cheat with parchment paper.
- Prepare dough mix as directed on Vic’s Low Carb Mix package.
- Roll out dough to a quarter inch thickness.
- Cut and trim dough to cover the hot dog.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Place the rolled hot dogs on tray bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
