Half a pack will yield 5-6 pigs in a blanket 

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Line baking cheat with parchment paper.
  3. Prepare dough mix as directed on Vic’s Low Carb Mix package.
  4. Roll out dough to a quarter inch thickness.
  5. Cut and trim dough to cover the hot dog. 
  6. Brush with egg wash.
  7. Place the rolled hot dogs on tray bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
