1. Prepare half batch dough mix as directed on Vic’s Mix package.
  2. Roll out dough to a 12 inch square.
  3. Brush a quarter cup of tomato sauce on the entire surface of dough.
  4. Add desired amount of pepperoni & other toppings.
  5. Cover toppings with mozzarella.
  6. Roll up the dough tightly & pinch the seam to seal.
  7. Use a very sharp knife to cut the dough into 1 inch slices & place the pin wheels cut-side-down on baking tray with parchment sheet.
  8. Brush with egg wash.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
